Ayatollah Qassim :Terrorism… and a fair opinion
Terrorism… and a fair opinion
Terrorism is the hostile murder of the human soul and the spread of fear on earth, against religion, moral guidelines and the values of humanity. It is an unjust waste of the sanctity of human soul. Today, it has become a phenomenon that is practiced in the name of religion and sacred resistance, although it is a practice of the middle ages. It is this middle-age ideology that has created and fed terrorism, wherever it exists. It categorized it as we see today and it continues to provide it with justifications.
Those who created terrorism today know themselves, and everybody knows them, they have no cover even if they attempt to mislead people by launching war against terror, only out of a necessity. Imperialistic states in the west, with adherent states in the east, are working for cheap beneficial political goals and are fighting the truthful Islam. They wish to divide our nation and work to abort the resistance movement to new-colonialism, a resistance that supports independence and freedom. They try to defame and alienate the truthful religion because it is the nation’s spirit of life and awakening heart. They do this to combat the reform and change movements that are motivated by religion and in order to prevent the results of this Islamic awakening and resistance to foreign aggression and oppressive autocracy. They try to block the way in the face of a new future that refutes the unjust formula that the world juggernaut has enforced on this nation.
The creators of terror, who have never lifted their hands, are waging a façade joint-war on this terror. So what is the goal from such a war on terror?
The terror they have created has become so enormous that they felt it would go out of control and beyond the boundaries they have drawn. They felt it would eventually harm them and thus found it necessary to weaken it and bring it back to only fight their enemies, keeping it under observation and control in these boundaries.
This goes in consistence with the attacking of the Islamic nation and disrespect to the holiness of the Prophet Muhammad who’s love will only deepen in every pure heart and mind. The satanic attempts, hostile practices and stultification will not stop his religion from spreading in our human society.
It is clear that attacks on the Holy Quran and the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) through provocations and stultifications fuels rage among millions of Muslims and creates violent reactions towards the source of provocation. If these major states are defending this dishonorable attack, how can we believe they are fighting terror and are determined to eradicate it? How can they claim to be working for a goal they only act against and make impossible?
The war on terror launched by these states is limited only to an extent by what they feel safe of its evil. While at the same time, they defame Islam and tire the Muslim nation. These states know that nothing harms Islam more than terror to be committed in its name and in the name of defense of the Prophet Muhammad. And nothing is more harmful to Islam than for the perpetrator to commit the most horrific forms of murder of the innocent from all nations, including the innocent from the Muslim nation.
They know that nothing is more effective in dividing the nation and ripping apart its unity than to spread the terror phenomenon within, to take the lives of the innocent in the nation.
If they are to condemn terror, and it must be condemned, they must also condemn abuse of sanctities and lowly language that disrespects the dignity of the God’s messengers and prophets, as this is the fastest fuel of terrorism.
We condemn terror against all peoples around the world and we condemn those who abuse God’s religion and messengers.
If those who provoke religions and prophets, and all the politicians who supported them in the name of free speech, have no sanctity, they must respect the billions of people around the world who have sanctities that they will sacrifice their souls to def end.
Those who abuse religion and prophets have sanctity they will do all they can to protect. Indeed, they will commit every foolishness and oppression against individuals, peoples and nations to protect what they see as sanctity. That is, the lavish materialistic life and imperialism on others that they consider a sanctity. It is here where the sanctities of others melt.
If these people believe that they have freedom to abuse and hold in contempt others as a sanctity that cannot be touched and is worth of waging wars and killing nations, then why is it not right of others to defend their sanctities and refuse insults?
If the states are to gather to protect the sanctity of defamation of others and low language, they ought to gather to protect all sanctities, that is, if the two goals can be joined. Otherwise, they should waive their sanctity since they do not respect any other sanctity.
We stress… no to terror, no to hostility… no to attacks on Christianity in reaction to a middle-age attack on Islam. But also we say, no to abuse and provocation of others’ religions. A faithful Muslim must not attack other religions, not Christianity or any other religions, not to start with and not as a reaction, these are the teachings of Islam.
Anybody can object to our religion in a logical and humanitarian manner and Islam is most able to give sound arguments for every objection. We do not expropriate logical opinion and we are ready to present our logical argument against every claim of logic.
