The statement of Ayatollah Qassem at the beginning of Ashura: Our way of life is that of Imam Hussein

In the name of of Allah the Merciful,
Heartfelt condolences on the tragic martyrdom of the infallible Imam, Abi Abdullah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him).

“I follow the religion of the Prophet”, the truthful saying, which narrated on the legitimate imamate of the Master of the Martyrs of Karbala (peace be upon him), bears witness to his chosen imamate by God Almighty. Quoting and texting, this saying certainly proves his infallibility as the position of the Imamate necessitates. Besides, it leaves no room for the believer to take an opposing approach throughout their life, as it always lead them to the right destination, and strengthen them in every act they undertake.

Our yardstick is that of Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him), our satisfaction is his satisfaction, our rage is his rage, and our perspective is his perspective. Only in this way, submission is true.
