A Strong People

The strength of a country is determined by the strength of its people, and its weakness by the weakness of its people. And all the strong governments are actually made by their strong people, so the source of power and strength of any country or government is the people’s.

A strong government is produced by a strong people, it adds to its strength and pushes forward in the direction of its interests.

Strong peoples are those that stick with right and true principles, and this is where the Islamic peoples must extend an overwhelming strength from.

Self-confidence, a right belonging to principle and persistence to rights including wise freedom, right to self-determination, human dignity, comprehensive security and to speak up in the face of oppression, deviation and corruption of all forms are a must for the strength of a people and its ability to maintain this description.

A people’s strength or weakness is determined by its ideological and psychological unresponsiveness to misleading campaigns that aim to weaken self-confidence and persistence. Strength against the desires of one’s self and other’s is a significant signal of power in a people’s life.

In many cases, governments put much effort and use the pro-government media to weaken its people’s self-confidence and its belief in and will to achieve rightful demands.

These attempts are the most dangerous of what a government commits against its own people which it is meant to work on strengthening, as its core policy. However, these attempts must fail and remain ineffective when faced with the awareness of strong and able peoples.
