Al-Wefaq: “Friday of loyalty” will be a historic day

Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society affirmed that the call for a large sit-in to take place Friday 24 May, 2013, and which has been called for by leading cleric, Sayed Al-Ghuraifi, will be certainly answered. Al-Wefaq added that this sit-in, which will be hosted in Duraz area, the hometown of Aytaollah Qassim, is triggering the people to make a historic stance that will be recorded in the history of the  Bahraini people and their  revolution.

Al-Wefaq stressed that the historic mass sit-in is meant to show the Bahrainis’ extreme  resentment against the regime’s outrageous attack on Ayatollah Qassim’s house and which has brought wide rage and condemnation by the international and  the local community.

Al-Wefaq stressed that all segments  of the Bahraini people of different fanctions are invited to show their stances by attending the mass protest which will be recorded as one of the most remarkable  moments of dignity and pride in Bahrain history.

The opposition in Bahrain has announced that a mass sit-in protest titled ” A man worth a nation” will take place on Friday 24 May in Duraz area.
