Statement of Ayatollah Qassim regarding the sinful American attack that assassinated the jihad giant Qassim Soleimani and the great mujahid al-Muhandis

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

The sinful American attack assassinated a group of heroic mujahideen, the most prominent of whom were the giant of jihad and hard work for the sake of Allah, Hajj Qassim Soleimani, and the great mujahid, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis. Losing them broke the hearts of the believing nation, and at the same time, made it very proud of these two men and others like them, who sacrificed themselves for God, and all they cared about was pleasing Him and they didn’t care about anything from this world. The nation finds in its great martyrs, who spent a long time in jihad and were sincerely attached to martyrdom, a school that inspires it to sacrifice for the sake of religion, dignity, freedom of the Islamic homeland and the defense of everything sacred.

May God raise the ranks of the martyrs of right and justice in Heaven, and may He place them near Muhammad and his pure family and grant them peace by His great contentment.

My sincere condolences and faithful congratulations to Imam Mahdi, the great leader and loyal people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, all great fuqaha, the Muslim nation, the free people of the world and the honorable families of the martyrs.
