Ayatollah Qassim Leaves Bahrain for Treatment

Statement No. 1

This morning, on Monday, July 9, 2018, Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim has left Bahrain to go to the United Kingdom after medical reports demanded his immediate transfer to the relevant hospitals and all the concerned doctors agreed that necessary measures should be urgently taken to prevent his condition from deteriorating.

Ayatollah Qassim was taken by ambulance from the hospital where he was being treated to Bahrain International Airport to go to the United Kingdom, which is the destination decided by the doctors as a medically appropriate option for his health condition.
We pray to Allah Almighty, the most kind and merciful, to bring back our leader safely very soon, and to continue to uphold our religion by his presence.
