The second Friday sermon for Ayatollah Shaikh Isa Ahmed Qassim – political – (550) 8Jumada II 1434 H, corresponding to April 19, 2013 | Mosque of Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) in Duraz.

Where is our Islam?

Islam is the religion of right, justice, honesty, truthfulness, and high scientific accuracy. It is the enemy of lies, falsehood, disinformation, and unlawful sayings. If Muslims had adhered to this required matter in Islam, they would have occupied positions ahead of all the progressive positions that have ever been reached by rest of the world.

How much Muslims offend themselves when they go away from this approach and walk on another way. How much Muslims offend Islam and abuse it when they give a distorted image about it that is contrary to Islam’s clean reality and its top level, and when they drop its image to the bottom. How much Muslims offend Islam when they get away from saying the truth, assassinate the value of honesty, and betray the accuracy of the word flagrantly and openly. When their secular purposes motivate them to challenge the right openly. How much Muslims harm their homelands, people, and their nation when they misguide them in a way that meets the secular politics and the desires of those who are responsible for it.

This is an image of this painful mean reality. This reality which reveals the flagrant difference between Islam’s nature, which adheres to the highest level of sincerity, scientific accuracy, and justice even when confronting its worst enemy, and the descending level of the word and tongues in the  Muslim journalism, which offends truth and gets away from honesty and contradicts knowledge and depreciate the accuracy openly  and in a flagrant way that even does not require an effort to reveal.

This thing gets worse as well as harms Islam and its honor and purity more when the popular infractions – whether they are honest or not – are pasted on the social sites that derives its place and importance from Islam, not to mention that any word or behavior on these websites are considered and counted words or behaviors of Islam.

And this is what the press here did the last week when they attributed two sayings to two Islamic parties. Personally I do not know the truth of these sayings’ attribution, but the thing is regarding our situations which reached the level of fabricating the truth and nonchalance of lying in a public and way and openly, regardless of whether these saying’s attribution are true of false, and without bias or clashes against anyone.

The two narrating:

– The Gulf News- Number 12806, Monday, 15 April 2013 (The spokesman of the Islamic entity clarified that the crime of a car bombing in this region, which took place last night particularly, means a clear message and an immediate translation of Isa Qassim’s sermon, in which he threatened the state, all its citizens and residents with the phase of the security explosion).

– The Gulf News- Number 12807, Tuesday, 16 April 2013 ( Al A’aslah confirmed that the explosion came after the sermon of the deputy of the Iranian leader in Bahrain, Isa Qassim, on Friday, in which he threatened to enter Bahrain a general security explosion if the state did not respond to his demands as this oppressor continued describing our state with the ugliest images and continued his incitement to violence and hatred).

As for the concerned sermon, the text of the sermon is written and printed. I have also recited the sermon and it was heard by a lot of people. It was also published inside and outside. Nobody can claim anything that is not there in the sermon and anyone can refer to the text.

Thus, the forgery of the sermon’s text, particularly at the time in which it was read, heard, printed, and published, is considered the worst scandal, the boldest infringement, and the dirtiest lie.

The text as it is in the sermon at all its mentioned levels: (Bahrain has not entered the case of a general security chaos yet, though its security crisis has been lasted long -Which is a blessing that all parties must thank God for, and strive loyally to spare the country this black appalling fate and the overwhelming chaos-).

Shortly after these words, this other words came in the same sermon: (We are the people of Bahrain –all of us-, have to take our own responsibility to preclude this nation of slipping into the security chaos, and to work hard to save our country from the current critical security crisis).

The words of the sermon in the two quotations have described the case of not entering a security chaos as a blessing! It makes it an incumbent upon all parties to thank the God who is the conferrer of that blessing! Also, it makes it an incumbent upon all parties to work hard and loyally to spare the country this black appalling fate and the overwhelming chaos which will be represented by the security chaos. It brings all of us – the speech – to the responsibility of slipping the country into this abhorrent dangerous situation, and the responsibility of working hard to save it from the current critical security crisis.

The words are burst with pity for the nation and its people, and with the fear of the security chaos! It calls for “self” and others to work on repelling and fending it off, and to save the country from the current acute security crisis to avoid it.

What was written in the mentioned newspaper has blow and cancel all that, and replaced it with its opposite! It makes it as an invitation to violence and terrorism, and a threat to the state and the citizens and all residents of the security chaos, and in another term, threat to enter Bahrain in a general security explosion.

The newspaper – in the text I have read -, has put the blame on the sermon
for incitement to violence and hatred. It considered the bombing -that mentioned in the same newspaper- as an immediate response to “Isa Qassim” sermon to lay the responsibility on him.

Is there any specialist in the Arabic language can understand something of this content in the sermon? Any Arab child in his first year of primary school can attribute to the sermon what was said by the newspaper? Is it a rave? Is it pure nonsense? Or is it a clear and an obvious lying? And ignoring the values ​​of religion, justice and honesty?!

It is the latter and not the former, these people didn’t misunderstand, they understand! God forgive those who say this slander, and committed this fraud, I will forgive them what they said on the Day of Resurrection.
Popular movement..

As for the popular movement; it began politically and remain so, it began a reformer and remain so, and it began peacefully and remain so! It began and his tool is the objectivity and fair, strong and expressive word, the right resounding cry, and the cultural well-disciplined mass marches without a tool to kill, bleed, or injure and remain so! It even do not uses like a stone till his lofty goals and fair demands are fully achieved – this is my opinion -.

A wise, just, peaceful movement.. It sincerely believes in reform that it sees in it the interest and security and development of the whole country. A movement which people burst in from the terms of truth and justice, and out of the practical necessity! it is on a guidance from his religion, and a certain of his command.

Thus, it will not give up! It will remain wise! It will not choose the path of violence and aggression, or waive his peaceful even to a bottle or a stone; which include maturity and wisdom, interest and awareness, discipline, and a reserve where precaution is needed.
Here, a question must be asked ..

The considered sanctity of the perpetrators cloths, as the honorable politicians in jail have to abide by it!

Is it more in value and dignity of the value and dignity of those honest people who represent the voice and conscience of the people, as they call for the freedom, dignity, and political rights, such as Mr. Abdul Wahab Hussein, Sheikh Mohammad Habib al-Miqdad, Mr. Hassan Mushaima, and Prof. Dr. Abdul Jalil Singace; so their health is neglected, their treatment and medicine are delayed, and meeting their families is prevented!!! Just because they know that they are innocence of the crime and criminals, and refuse to falsely witness on themselves of the crime?!
