The second Friday sermon – political – (545) | 25 spring the other 1434 AH – March 8, 2013 | Imam Sadiq Mosque – Diraz
Dear beloved ones, starting with this title ..
Is there a problem with no solution?!
Bahrain is sinking into a serious problem that no one can negate because of its pressure on all parties, and the opposition People’s weapons in the face of this heavy pressure are his patience, faith of the justice and the case, his deep feeling of the importance of achieving his demands, and going on in that way to achieve these demands.
While everyone acknowledging the problem severity, beside the fear of wider and more dangerous repercussions, everyone put his commitment to the solution, and his seriousness in reaching it.
Ok then, there is a recognized problem! Everyone seeks a solution, and no solution without the knowledge of the problem, diagnosis the reasons of that problem which cannot be resolved without fixing them.
What is the problem? What are its reasons?!
The problem represent in a dispute that took the form of an acute worsening conflict between the official side on one hand, and political opposition associations and a wide opposition on the other hand. That dispute causes many losing blood, wasting money, governmental beggary for abroad aids, and the intervention of foreign armies, indecent assault, and violation on the sanctity of mosques and Ma’atams as well as prayers, and scary social destabilization, inciting to seditions, confiscation of freedoms, and thedeprivalof natives citizenship, as well as thousands of prisoners, and spreading panic and various abuses – which are unacceptable by any religion or tradition- , and many disasters and calamities, and continuing sit-ins, marches and protests that faced by repression and fierce confrontation that affect residential areas in the calm and sleep hours, and to the homes of innocent people and their private rooms, which is attacked suddenly! Death enters homes through the suffocating and toxic gases at any hour of day and night.
This is the problem.. What are the reasons?!
Does the authority know the reasons or not? Doesn’t it know that the Constitution is a disputed point from the first day, or that the way forming is debatable before issuing it? Doesn’t it know its violating to provisions of the Charter and even the disputed Constitution of the fact that the people are the source of authority? Doesn’t it know that the country has no real parliament? And that Shura Council plays the role of confiscating people right? Doesn’t it know that the equality of an electoral vote for “one citizen,” to “twenty” electoral votes for other citizens is one of the most flagrant images for the inequity and unjust blatant discrimination? Doesn’t it know how much hands contribute in building the country’s wealth? And how many people benefited of its lands division, and the broad masses living on the deprivation sidelines? Doesn’t it know about the discrimination that replaces the efficiency in state facilities and institutions – from the most to the least important -?!
The authority knows all that, and it knows that the problem is fundamentally in all of this. No country – any country – can come out of his struggles, arguments, raptures, and tragedies, and these reasons are exist! And yet the authority brings up the solution slogan, putting forward that it is serious and sincere about seeking a solution, and it is in constant search for it as if it doesn’t discover, or as if the people is standing a stumble block in its way, while all the solution matter in its hand, and people do not have anything of that.
Right and certainty they know the solution! The evidences on the ground say that it does not want that solution, and it is in constant search for what distracted it – the solution – and what silencing of claiming it , or delay and postpone it, or descend it level and distancing it from its actual value and its basis.
This would contribute in lengthening of crisis life and consolidating it, complicating the solution, and doubling losses, disrupting the development, deepening wounds, increasing chances of sedition, expanding the destruction, keeping off the possibility of compatibility, damaging homeland deeply, irritating of the right, and being annoyed of justice.
Turning away from the solution, and working on the failure of any of its introductions- such as the dialogue, which the authority and other external parties insist that it is an introduction which the solution need -; is not acceptable by any religion, mind, wisdom, and the interest of the nation.
People did not create the problem and its reasons! People did not enter into that movement wantonly, did not demand what more than his rights! He did not go along – in a lot of it – the Arab revolutions at their high levels, nor in the violence methods that took in some of its applications! He cannot afford indispensable demands, that he do not expect a secure and decent life without them.
It became well-known that the frequent of his wounds, losses, pain, and sacrifices, will do nothing but increase his determination to proceed his way, and cut off all the distance that separates between him and achieving his demands – no matter how long and difficult it is! No matter how much does it cost -; this is not the obstinacy of falsehood, but doing right, responding to duty, clinging to justice, and harmonizing with religion, and rescuing the nation.
What the people has to give to reach a solution?!
To answer this question, we must ask: What does the people has of the solution? What does the people own of what may contribute into the solution? Why does the people take that he has to give? What does he loot that he has to bring back? What does he dominate of wealth? What he has of authorities? What he issues of unjust laws?
All the solution in the government hands, however, and the government has to demand itself of peaceful! Then it can require people to be peaceful in their sit-ins, marches, and protests, and the people committed to that and must be committed to this, and all of its leaders do not accept another thing. If the Authority proceeded to real reform; it has to expect people to react with it, and expect him stop his marches and sit-ins.
It is very clear that there is no reform while there is one prisoner of the people movement is still in the prison, and it is very clear that ensure stopping public marches and sit-ins needs a referendum on the dialogue results of the reform – if it were – and winning the approval of the majority of the people.
