The second part of Friday Prayers Sermon for Ayatollah Shaikh Isa Ahmed Qassim Imam of the Grand Mosque in Duraz (Imam Al-Sadiq Garand Mosque) 28th Safar 1434 Hijri / 11th January 2013.
The Prophecy Conclusion..
True prophecies were concluded by the prophet-hood of Muhammad Ibn Abdullah – Allah bless him and his family -, heavenly missions were concluded by his mission, the divine revelation was concluded by the last revelation word he received, and the holy books from Allah that aim to guide people were concluded by Quran which offer human many God mercies. After that, the land was left but from the infallible Imamate on the level of science and work that represents the only guarantee of understanding the science of Quran and Sunnis and saving it. And whatever been lost of that science would be lacked for by human, good movement on earth, straightening conditions of life, attracting history to divine guides, and the aim which people create for.
Islam religion, Quran, the bright and radiant personality of the Prophet – may Allah bless him and his family -, and his desperate Jihad, hard struggle, high wisdom, as well as his huge, patient, wonderful and miracle role in reporting and invitation and education, all of this create a tremendous coup within the human, and an enormous cataclysm in the life of ignorance. It ends a black and dark era in earth’s history, and opens a new bright era, it gives human a new and sophisticated life at the level of humanity in all its precious dimensions and outside conditions. It raises human to a great uphill and approaches him to high-level in thought, feeling and working on the line of the true and clear cosmic vision and the open perfection, as well as the supreme goal of life.
All of that would likely to be lost after the death of prophet Mohammed, if the guarantee of the correct and infallible understanding of Quran and Sunnah was not available -which represents a conclusive argument, a complete guidance, and a reference that no one disagree or oppose with the discretionary concept that can be right or wrong and can approach or move away from the aim-, if the eligible personality to lead the journey –as it doesn’t leave a gab in the absence of the first personality in Islam, or fall down the religion from its’ long-term vision horizon, purpose and guidance, morals and approaches to conflicting and low visions, personal and contracted aims, blurry thinking and feeling, sick ethics, and a turbulent methodology-.
Problematic Policy..
The policy that governing a country which insists on faith but it on its part insists not to keep a word for the religion, it must create a deep problem itself and the reality of the country.
The policy that governing a people who feels pride of his freedom and refuse to live as slaves, and it on the other hand insists to rob his freedom and to enslave him, it must create an ever-lasting struggle with this people.
The policy that insists own everything of people world, it even nagthem in their food and life necessities, it must enters a constant conflict with the people it rules.
The policy that facing the oppression complaint of the people it ruled by violence and brutality and excessive force, must have a wide gap between it and the people. It deepened the sense of injustice and inequity in the people conscience.
The policy that offend human rights and infringe on a woman’s honor, no one can trust its’ resonant slogans in the field.
The policy that not keeping its promises -time after time- must have no trust in the people selves and they won’t consider its promises.
Is the policy is aware of all this and doing it deliberately?
It is too strange of it doesn’t aware, but it is more strange if it doing it deliberately!! Because that does not hurt the people alone, it is extremely harmful to the people and land they are ruling.
Policy of this kind having such intents is an incinerator for everything, it is a permanent misery for all parties.
What is the solution? What could end a conflict that based on such difficult background and vast irony?
There is a solution that may save everybody, bear good fruit as well as the termination of the bitter conflict! It is when the policy entirely alter from its’ anti-people plans, admit it, and lean on it. The policy’s will must be the people will, and its’ concern is to achieve his interests.
How much policies in the world nowadays is ready to do so?
That become so rare, it is nearly impossible! The wide gap between governments and peoples, varies as governments vary.
Another solution to end the conflict, but it take the society and nation backward to the ancient, black history, but to the level of animal life, and so that people waives his freedom and dignity and all rights to the bite of his food, and delivers the disposition of his soul and money, present and future to one particular hand called AUTHORITY.
This recognition does not keep any remaining conflict; because a dead doesn’t struggle, and does not have a tongue demanding his right, and he even does not realize that he has a right.
No separation between the two things..
There will be no separation today or tomorrow between the popular movement and the existence of the opposition’s figures or the other political prisoners – who participated in this movement – regardless of the duration they stay in the prison.
Prisons will not be emptied as long as the movement and demand of rights still exist as the reason of imprisonment lies in these demands which authority wants them to disappear and not to be articulated by any mouth.
The movement will not stop if one of its leaders or its figures or even its other honorable supporters in the prison, while the claims of rights cannot stop with those all have lost their freedom. How the demands of rights end while our dear ones are still deprived of their freedom?? While the demand of freedom comes at the forefront?? While the right of freedom is considered the first of all the rights??
Once people’s rights are recognized, the prisons should be emptied from the honorable detainees whose freedoms were stolen due to their pride of these freedoms and because of their insistence on them.
People’s rights being wasted means that prisons will remain full with the nobles and this is considered a flagrant scream on such wastage, disrespect for human dignity as well as eliminating freedoms.
The exit of the prisoners of conscience from the prison does not represent a compromise for the waiver of the other’s people rights – as this will not be agreed on by the prisoners and people. On the other hand the people cannot believe that they have recovered their rights while the prisons are still filled with their youth. It is no possible to believe that people have recovered their rights while there are those who suffer under the slavery.
The claims of rights and emptying the prisons from the freed people will be a concern and occupation for people until they recover their rights and prisoners recover their taken away freedoms.
As for the statements made by states and human rights organizations on different occasions condemning the authorities’ behaviors and unfair judgments against the people’s figures and prisoners of conscience and regarding the authority’s running back from the reform, all this means that the neutral parties and even the friendly states are obliged to criticize in media the injustice and the cruel treatment of the authority that Bahrain’s people suffer from.
All this criticism did not represent an introduction for solution and this either because the parties which demand the reform from the authority can only pressure verbally or because those parties have another stances in our case that are contrary to the right and people’s interests and comply with their private material interests.
More than one Law..
In this current situation in the country and in order to be believed that this state is that of law, we see there is the need for one law or two laws in the same topic, same time, the same nation, the same judiciary as the justification might be represented in the disparity of levels, belongings, loyalties, and even the goodwill !
There must be a law stipulating that participation in a peaceful march or sit in requires jail for ten years and that demanding rights in peaceful approaches by the leaders of the opposition require jail to life while torturing to death requires seven years!
We need these two laws in order to understand the philosophy of these verdicts.
There should be a law says that suspicion of murder or allegations of murders lead to the execution of the suspected while there should be a law stipulates that those who were suspected and even convicted by the BICI report should enjoy their freedoms !
We should have law stipulates that the accused or the involved in a crime is innocent until proven guilty; whose punishment should be the acquittal!
True that one land, one time, one authority collect us but since we all divided in classes – which leads to disparity in value and humanity ! – , it will not be correct that one law applied on all of us whether it is in the same topic or case or rights or obligations!
In this case, law should be varied despite the unity of place, time, authority, and the topic which all these laws applied on!
Now after the classification, there should be a variety of laws that rule us!
This is the logic of this reality that governs the country. The right is a thing and the reality is something else.
And with this … the nation will be miserable.
