Friday’s second speech (532) 22 Muharram 1434 AH / December 7, 2012 Imam Sadiq Mosque (peace be upon him) in Duraz.

Oh people, the title of this talk “short

Firstly: excessive sensitivity:
the situation returned to prove practically and unveiled publicity on the continuous audacity of the mosques demolition by the official authorities. It is daring against God firstly, his religion, and Sharia. It is a challenge and provocation of the Muslim conscience that keeps even something of vital and respect for Sharia sanctities.

It is unknown why the authority has this extreme sensitivity of the mosques publicly, and specially to certain ones! The demolition of mosques and taking that over and over again, is a blatant announcement, and an ugly insistence –which is unsuitable of devout regardless of Islam condemns- on the violation of sanctities and absurd of religion destinies.

That is from the religious aspect, but from the aspect of citizen’s right, demolishing mosques is a clear disavowal to the value of this right, and the origin of this right, and a disregarding to it, and indulging in the assault, as this aggression represent the disallow to the right of citizen in the freedom of religion, practicing his religion, and protecting it by the authority.

Secondly: “Mahaza” or “Cairo”?
How much is the area of “Mahaza”? How many are its residents? How many of them are wanted because of the murders? And burns? And indecent assault? The security breach for homeland security? Who committed all that? How much are they?

How much was taken from its people in the raids? How long the storm of houses continues in this village in the cover of darkness? What crimes that would be provided by the results of objective and impartial investigation, and clear, accurate and scientific forensic evidence that accuse people of this village?

A small village, weeks of raids and night incursions with cracking doors and publishing horror, the number of raided homes, according to the laid-off Deputy Municipal of “Sitra” island – as in the Al Wefaq site “Monday 3 December”, as observations said – Reach 330 houses, and detainees reached over 90 citizens – according to the same source – some of them are still in detention. This is happening and there are no comments on the official level, covering that great event, but it would be a disaster if it has any support.

The question is about the duration of the raids, the number of affected houses, and the number of detainees who plunged in jail, Are we talking about a “Mahaza”, the small village, or “Cairo” the capital of Egypt with its millions and its rich complexity?

Is it searches for wanted? Or about something else? Or clear threaten to the security and dignity of citizens? Or to provide stark examples of collective punishment? The harsh tactics, ignoring religion, law, and human dignity, in order to silence the voice of freedom, and forget about rights and acceptance of injustice? –a rhetorical answer would be more eloquent than a spoken one.

Two issues..
Two important issues are suffering from an unlikely deterioration and that really concern people, it have no mercy to the country, nor taking human rights into account, and ignoring the dignity of citizens, the right to citizenship. It broadly violate the provisions of religion, global orientation even in the Arab region, world developments, public charters and even the local charter, as well as the level of people on this land.

A political issue that does not pay any importance to the opinion of the people, will, feelings, freedom, aspiration, and treat him as a child -who does not realize the good and bad for himself. It does not pay any importance to the role of his will to self-determination – which is chosen to him not by him -. His life map is drew for him wherever that way –which is specified by others- led him.

The second issue, is the issue of rights, which danger has been clear for everyone. Its terrible violations witnessed by impartial witnesses and those who were chosen by the authority and some allied countries. A repeated calls issued from human rights organizations, international gatherings, and friend countries mentioning the importance of solving that issue; but it still worsen with more new violations to human rights and citizenship.
Which issue can the people neglect, forget, or tolerate in, as each of them as fire under his foot, and threaten his meaning and origin of life, and exposed him to various kind of torment?

Terrorism policy, prevarication policy, media forgery, and longevity of the crisis, none of that can distract people, or make him forgot his ordeal, suffering, anguish, and dissuaded him from his peaceful movement demanding his freedom, dignity, pride, rights, and position.

The people has a position, has a right..
This right cannot be forgotten by the right holder, this position cannot be surrendered off by the position owner , and one of the two issues as well as worsening the crisis of his part, is also cannot distract people of the other issue, and what concern him is to solve his life problem.

What makes people stop demanding their rights? As the level of rights violation increased, and reached to looting of nationality, and to prevent peaceful demonstrations, and the increased level in the number of martyrs, wounded, and disabled. “Shotgun” is still tearing youth bodies, and sink their faces look – as in the case of the young man, “Aqeel A.Mohsen” -. Suffocating gas is still destroy the lives of innocent people. What makes the people stop demanding their rights, and go back homes with a peace of mind while this is the state of rights?

What makes the rights tragedy distracted people from the political issue?
As the political corruption is the source of all corruption, and political imbalance is the source of all imbalance. If people have no choice in his policy, no opinion, no will, and no consideration, how can people ensure their rights, peace of mind for the safety, security, and enjoyment of dignity? – The remaining of political corruption, means the remaining of the whole corruption, and the whole flaw, and the whole tragedy -.
Two issues, both do not allow the other to surrender.
